Montgomery Family Karate Center in Montgomery, AL, is a Christian-based martial arts school. The owner/instructor, Master Carole Coker, has been involved in martial arts training practically all her life. The form of karate she teaches is called Tang Soo Do, a Korean martial art. At Family Karate Center students learn to perform as an individual and as a team. Leadership skills are foremost in the character traits she exemplifies and promotes.
A native of Montgomery, AL, Master Carole Coker ranks among the top women Tang Soo Do practitioners and teachers in the world, currently holding the rank of 6th degree black belt. While she holds many other titles and championships both national and worldwide, she is known to many as the "Stranger Danger Lady." She is dedicated to arming children with the knowledge and power they need to avoid or escape an abductor. Her gentle style of teaching encourages young children to come out of their shells and be bold. Master Coker is an inspiration, particularly to girls and women. She is proof that you don't have to be a 300 pound weight lifter to defend yourself.

- Parents' Night Out: 6:00pm until 9:30pm. Pizza & entertainment included! Only $15 for members; $20 for non-members.
- Testing:
- 8:30am - White to Green Belts
- 10:30am - Brown to Blue Belts
- Saturdays:
- 10:30am-11:15am - Certified Instructors Training/Black Belt Class
- 11:15am-12:00pm - Demo Team Practice and Extreme Martial Arts. (Please do not wear your Demo Team uniform to practice.)
